drift voltage
I am using a fully differential opamp (THS4131) for driving a 24 bit differential input analog to digital converter(AD7766). But there are many problems in my design , the drift voltage between two outputs of THS4131 is not a constant value and will increase by elapsed time. after 2000 seconds the drift voltage will increase to 610uV that is 10bit of ADC output. However after this time the drift voltage will have a constant value and will no change.
The power dissipation of THS4131 is 420mW (that is very much) and I think this power will cause to warm up the THS4131 and increase the drift voltage of its outputs during this period.
Please tell me how can I replace a discrete circuit to drive AD7766 instead of THS4131 that be very low offset and drift. My circuit must be work at –20°C to50°C and my power supply are +/-15 and +5V.
Thanks for your attention
