inductor drc

in the result of DRC of inductor, the following error message appeared:

BAD_NWELL_WELLTAP_FLOAT_ERC
INFO:hot nwell

How to tackle such problem?by the way, what does the hot nwell refer to?

Hot NWell is NWell connected to voltage lower than VDD.

I think in your inductor layout, you have your NWELL floating underneath it. There are few other compoenents (like passivation opening) where NWELL is left floating. Nothign wrong with it (usually). I think you need to remove the inductor-ovelapping-NWELL from the whole collection of your NWELL. This error will go away.

I thikn in your drc.rul file, all NWELL is assumed to be hot in nature by default. If you do the above step, it shoudl also vanish.

However, what is your PV tool? If it assura/diva, then I can help remove it.
