hi
I faced two errors during DRC, actually when i want to conect sub to M1 and then M1 to gnd, i use contact M1_sub in tsmc18rf library. but these two errors appear in DRC :

PP.A.1 minimum area of PP < 0.3844

0D.A.1 min. area of stand-alone 0D region <0.202

how can i fix them?

thanks for your attention.
i'm designing a LNA in cadence in 0.18um technology and faced this problem there.
i send some pics... i just know that errors are beacuse of M1_sub contact and when i remove it there is no error.

DRC errors usually mean violations of the rules: the areas of your OD and PP regions are too small!

actually i agree with you but i couldn't fixed them by increasing the area of contacts... how can i fix this? and what is OD and PP really?... i sent some pic of the contact and it size.... thank you so much.

It doesn't concern the contacts' area. I don't know your technology (PDK), but usually OD means Opening for Diffusion aka active area, PP probably Poly(silicon).
