I am using ams 0.18u technology and keep this DRC error GRHV10.

My layout looks like
1. Nwell
2. P+ (BP+RX layer) arround Nwell
3. Inside of Nwell is a N+ (RX layer) plus a square contact (CA layer)

No when i get following drc error message:
GRHV10:(DIODENWX not over (DIODE or GRLOGIC) is not connected in parallel to a similar diode in an LVS devicve.
Does anyone know how i can fix it or can ignore it?

Can you check your PDK document to see which layers are needed to define a diode you're using in schematic? You can find this information on a table probably named device truth table or similar. Because it sounds like you need to add DIODE layer to define separate diodes, otherwise it would probably check for parasitic diode (DIODENWX sounds like a parasitic diode but I'm not sure as I've never used AMS018) rules which may require something else to be around.

And no you can't ignore it.

Yes I have to use the DIODE layer. DIODENWX is the parasitic diode between Substrat and Nwell. Thanks!
