Drawing current out of COMP pin of UCC28051 PFC IC is OK?

on page 6 of UCC28051 datasheet there is block diagram of the UCC28051 Transition Mode PFC IC.


.....I wish to use it as flyback PFC.

..i cannot use the vsense pin in conjunction with opto because it will just constantly trigger the OVP protection. (the OVP limit is 2.7V, and is too close to the reference of 2.5V)

...therefore, i must attach the collector of the opto transistor to the COMP pin of UCC28051.

...but is this acceptable?.....or will i break the error amplifier by doing this.?

...what i am saying is that i'm worried that drawing too much current out of the output of the transconductance error amplifier may damage it?
