download the the 130 nm library file

foundry provider will at leat provide technology informations.
IP providers will provides std-cell, rom, ram, rf, ... informations.
 

IP providers like synopsys (virage), tmsc... works for that, and then sell their IPs.

or what do you look for?

library file of what?
 
i need 130 nm library file.....if we request to that company means they ask about our project complete work time and also must give our project to fabrication
