hi
i have certain doughts about the devices provided in the technology file.
every foundry provides resistors and capacitors. where can i get detail info about these devices. kind let me know about it.

the foundry should have documents with layout recommendations and details about the layout of specific components
 

every foundary gives something known as device formation document.
