Hi I am a noob at neural networks and have got some doubts to be clarified. I do not know if it is wayyy elementary for you guys out there. But the fact is i really need these to be cleared before i can go about proceeding with the next phase of a paper I am doing.
I. From what I have read and heard neural networks are circuits that mimics the human neural network and needs to be trained in order to function a desired way. Well my question is, if that's the case then can we make the neural network adaptively learn and auto train itself gradually over time.
II. What kind of technology is used currently in implementing the neural network hardware? Is it CMOS or something more advanced?
III. What book would be best to understand fully neural networks especially for a beginner like me? Also the algorithms and programs in them, is there any particular software tool i would have to learn in order to design a neural network on my own?
