What is 8Fo4/16Fo4?
It is something related to clock cycles! I googled it but didn't found anything that was helpful!
Can anybody throw some light on it!
Thanks

It means absolutely nothing!

Is is a reference to a particular circuit or microprocessor?

Yeah it is!
One Clock Cycle current using 8Fo4/16Fo4 rule of Thumb Metrics!

Well I've been a senior design engineer for several multi-national companies and in the electronics business for more then 40 years and I haven't come across it!
I'm sure it is specific to one desgn or component, it isn't a general electronics term.
