This project is based on construction of OSMC (Open Source Motor Controller). The system uses only N-channels mosfets, and HIP4081 is used as the driver.

Depending on used mosfets, the system can operate up to 48V and 50A. Loss at keying transistors are very small. Robot with two motors 250W, quite bit used and rise of temperature of heat sink is almost imperceptible by hand.

Schematic:

You can control the device by adding three signals:
  • DISABLE – switches state on outputs to 0
  • ALI – for example PWM – rotations in one direction
  • BLI – for example PWM – rotations in other direction

You can add AND gate, where you can use only DIS, DIR, PWM.
