double forward problem

I did get good result ,,halfbridge and fullbridge , ..
but doubleforward did not get enough efficiency. problem, fastsoftrecovery diodes
BYT106/1300 gets so hot ,.my combinations ;pwm 50 KHz , PWM DUTY % 50
(UC3845), ,, totempole ztx651-ztx751,, IGBT driver transformer , output IGBT
IRG4PC50U,,transformer primer 2.1mH,,IGBT gates pwm signal same phase ,, ...
