DOS mode to Microcontroller

microcontroller dos

Hi,

I interfaced my microcontroller loaded with transmitting a character program to the DOS mode . Its working and i got the output. That's fine. But when i tried to send a value to microcontroller from DOS mode i am not able to get my output. What may be the problem help me please.
 

If you use DOS INT 14 to transfer data over Serial Port, your have to configure Serial port Connector as :
