i continue studies in this direction, but first complete work on led lamp.

May be is got do ultrasonic gun based on resounding ferrite peg.

Some ultrasonic animal repeller products come with easy to program devices that won't irritate human ears. Unlike most audible bird control devices, these types of tools are more specific to birds and animals:p of various species. High-end technology used in these instruments use ultrasonic waves programmed to low, medium or high waves.
 

It is really very useful post.
Sorry, i have checked in action pair оf schemes on one average sizes dog, which has kindly sat on one place all time of the experiment, but maximum what obtained on the part of dogs is light curiosity.
Also studied action of the 40kHz ultrasonic range finder - dogs and cats turn head on sound.




 

I'm not buying...I'll be making one if I can find a working schematic here..:D
 

Resonance scheme. Piezo is taken from cheap audio player. In operation tactile reminds soap and piezo plate is noticeably warmed. But all better hand off from that, it is not harmless.
Influence on dogs did not check, it is necessary to find piezo resounding on 23 kHz.
