transient simulation noise

Could anyone tell me:

if perform a transient simulation in Hspice, Does noise from MOS and resistor be added to the final print-out voltage?

It depends upon the settings with your simulator tools. Normally there exist a switch with which you can set or unset the noise associated with the resistor & MOS.
by the way which simulator are you using ?

The transient simulation in Hspice doesn't include circuit noises. Noise analysis should be performed in frequency domain.

Re: "Does transient simulation included noise voltage?&

Use AC analysis,u can get noise

Re: "Does transient simulation included noise voltage?&

Hspice doesn't included, but Spectre's transient simulation does!

Re: "Does transient simulation included noise voltage?&

As I remember, in Hspice , both .ac and .net command are needed for noise analyses.
In Spectre, the noise included in transient simulation is for PSS I guess.

Re: "Does transient simulation included noise voltage?&

I don't think spectre's transient include noise. A proof is similating a inverter osc , it would not oscillate
