Does the drilled via have parasitic capacitance??

Hi,

I am confused that the drilled via has capacitance. As i know, the via is also a piece of metal, how could it have capacitance? If it does, what is the other plate of the capacitor?
 

Have a look at Saturn PCB toolkit, you can calculate the via parasitics.
