SNA 3.1?

Does SNA is good for substrte noise analysis?

Re: SNA 3.1?

SNA could give a practical substrate noise distributed map for both cell-level or chip level design based on layout and process information. It would be a powerful tools to analyze substrate noise of analog and mixed-signal circuit. But you must knew if the foundary could provided its techfile. The latest version is SNA3.2.
