Not lately. Customer support is your best bet as complexity has increased with Crystal reports, SQL etc. unless you have a simple specific query?

I am in need of some help because I am trying to communicate with an equipment using METCAL through RS232 Port but the manual doesn't have any command available that could help us to communicate with the equipment.
