Does any body knows about blackfin and 21xxx assembler

I would like to know how similar are the blackfin and the 21xxx assemblers
beside the point that there must be instructions to deal with 2 multiply units and
alu units
can any body comment on this
 

They are two quite different sets of instructions.
Similarity is only in algebraic notation style used by AD for all the processors.

Also 21ххх is floating-point while BF is fixed-point, so syntaxis is different too
