Documents to start learning about USB port

can anyone give me some advices how can start learning USB port? Which document I can read to have basic knowledges about it ( about configuration about how it work ...etc...?)

Searching and reading alot about USB, I advise that first begin from "USB in a nutshell", and then download the Cypress Development kit from Cypress website and install it, it contains very usefull document.
