Do I need to limit the LED current if it's a load of optocoupler?

Hello!

If I got an optocoupler which CTR is 100-200% and I limit the input current to 5mA for example so max. collector current is 5-10mA.
If a load is LED I don't need any extra resistors to limit the LED current? Am I right?

Re: optocoupler question

If you are using the output of the transistor to drive another LED you are correct. The transistor will adjust its Vce to put the limited current through the second LED.
