I have to measure a signal of 17mS of a single wire communication. The period of each signal is about 206uS within which Data 1 pulses for 51 us or Data 0 pulses for 103us.

The minimum interval I have in the Digital Storage Oscilloscope is 1mS and Maximum no of Intervals of DSO is 2500 for recording.

Do I need a logic analyzer?

Number of samples (2500) is fine, if your DSO can handle a sample rate of (say) 10usec.
By 1mS minimum interval, do you mean one division on the screen is 1msec?

I'd be surprised if you need a logic analyzer, this is a slow signal, enough for most scope speeds, and enough
samples capacity.

Sample rate specified my the Manufacturer is 1GSa/s.

1 mS is the minimum interval of the Oscilloscope. Total No of Frames is 2500.
and the Interval Specifies Interval between frames.

I need to measure the width of the logic lines. Between a time of 206uS.

I think you've kind-of answered the question yourself with the figures.

The oscilloscope is fine, no need for logic analyzer.
