Do I have to configure my installed products of IC5141?

I met a problem that can't find defined models.
Is it the problem of not configuring my installed products?
 

i think it is not a problem of configuration, as I never configured the products.

Can u illustrate ur problem in some details ?
 

When I choose a BJT from my PDK and simulate it in a simple circuit, the error information appears as follows:


Error found by spectre during circuit read-in.
input.scs: Q0 is an instance of an undefined model npn_JI.

spectre terminated prematurely due to fatal error.


When I choose a MOSFET from the design kit and simulate it in a simple circuit, the simulator runs well.
