Do diode bridges have any current drop through them??

Diodes have a very small leakage current but you can neglect it comparing with the If current..
So if you compare µA with AMPS you can't call it "current drop"

You didn't mean voltage drop, did you?

Here are some examples (600V devices):

If = 1A
Irmax ≤75µA

If = 5A
Irmax ≤125µA

If = 60A
Irmax ≤ 1500µA

A (rectifying) bridge from its nature is designed for parallel connection as for AC line you have two diodes connected in opposite direction.
So if you are talking about bridbes like that the answer is NO ..

I saw your other post about AC regulators ..
Could you give more details on what are you trying to construct?
