Diodes have a very small leakage current but you can neglect it comparing with the If current..
So if you compare µA with AMPS you can't call it "current drop"
A (rectifying) bridge from its nature is designed for parallel connection as for AC line you have two diodes connected in opposite direction.
So if you are talking about bridbes like that the answer is NO ..
