do anyone know this type of intelligent SMD5050 led?

I saw an type of SMD5050 led, it seems really magical.
"Lots of leds can be serially connected and controlled by one pin of MCU, .
Each LED is individually controllable.
Strip can be cut at individual-led level.

SMD5050 RGB LEDs - extremely bright
Control IC die located inside.Speak WS2811 protocol. One wire signal.
One control IC PER LED."
Does anybody knows this type led? Price is not low, so I am very careful.

I am not posting the link. just search ws2811 on ebay.com
if it is really true, then it's an innovation.

Nothing magical there, WS2811 chip is used to control tha RGB Led. Study the datasheet of that chip.
