Do all fans routinely need LC filtering

We will use some of these in our 4kW SMPS...

As a routine , should they always feature an CLC filter right by their input?, or else they might put high di/dt currents in the general PCB ground which may interfere with controller?
 

I would imagine you'd be better off with measurement
than with speculation. Does being a good neighbor
add value? That's somebody else's call.
