The DMM I am using has some sort of loose connection, only the right side two seven segment displays work properly. Some of the led's in the middle 7 segment display works sometimes. The others on the left, work only if the dmm is subjected to some kind of pressure, all of them work. How can i make all the 7 segment displays work properly?

If applying pressure changes the problem it is almost certainly either a cracked solder joint or a fracture in the PCB. What you have to do is open it up, find the fracture and repair it. If it's a solder joint, just reheat it until the solder flows again, if the board is cracked (look around screw mounting holes where the board is weakest) you need to bridge the gap with a wire link soldered to each side.
