Pss dosn't converge

I have problem for my oscillator.
I use one oscillator to inject a clock which is running at 6G to another oscillator which is working at 3G as a divide-by-2 frequency divider.
But pss dosn't converge. I don't know why because I can see the the function of divide-by-2 can be observed on time domain. I use spectreRF.
I'm a new designer. Who can help me. Thanks.
