Diva Extraction errors: can open model

diva extraction

I am trying to do a Diva extraction on a layout done in IBM's 0.18 micron technology and I get the following messages -

Can't open model "cmrf7sf pfet auLvs"
Can't open model "cmrf7sf nfet auLvs"
and so on for each element in the PDK.

I see the auLvs views and I am able to open them. Also, a blank extracted cellview is created. I am using icfb 5.0

Any suggestions/ideas?
 

Diva Extraction

Are you sure you didn't misspelled the library name?
Maybe you can copy the library name from cds.lib to the divaEXT.rul file and try again.

I was using another name for the library in my cds.lib and that's why the problem!!
