display Rds(M1) in Hspice

hspice rds on

when I simulate only single MOSFET, I want to display Rds(m1) as Vgs increased.

but I can't see that

Clearly, I can display Gds(m1) and this result is surely correct.

.PRINT gdso(m1)
...

but next command is not working properly. But I cannot tell the reason.

--------------------------------------------------

.PRINT RDS=par('1/gdso(m1)')
...
--------------------------------------------------

this graph curve is so odd, not correct.

is there anyone who can tell me the reason?

Hi.
Can you tell me why do you think that's not correct? and by the way have you make a DC sweep? if yes, still you think the output curve is not correct? please send your circuit and results, then I can answer better.
