Hi please help me , i want to display 0-19 using 74192 with 7447 . I don't know how to reset the 74192 back to 0 when it reach 19

For clarification: are you using two 74192 and two 7447 devices? One counter can only reach 15 maximum and the 7447 can only drive one digit. We would have to know how you have them connected to be sure but the principle is to gate together the bits that make the number 19 (0001 1001) and when that bit pattern is matched, drive the "load" pin on both IC low or drive the "clear" pin high on them both. If using the load pin, the other binary inputs should be tied low so the value 0000 is loaded to the counter.

Brian.
