Dispersion Diagram for Non Periodic Structure

Hello,

I'd like to get dispersion diagram for a non-periodic structure. It is a Magnetron which has finite periodicity on cylindrical axis. So, are there any way to get it with drawing whole structure? I think we will not use master and slave BCs anymore.
