1pf capacitor

Hello:
If I want to drive a 1pF capacitor with a 3uA current, is it possible to get a unity gain bandwidth more than 150MHz.
And I use a class AB output now.I use gm/C to caculate UGB, the gm should be larger than 1ms and current should be larger than 1ms. But I think the gm of class AB will change. So I don't know how to caculate the UGB of class AB output.

Best Regards
