Directivity in RFS ST330 antenna

ABOUT RFS ST330

anybody know the st330 antenna.the antenna is design by Radio Frequency System. in many book,the sloping wire can get omni-directivity pattern.why the antenna st330 can have directivity? how they do it? who can tell me? and i want to know the value of the terminal.thanks!
