I has forgotten to mention - when programming it is necessary to set LSI_EN bit in OPTION BYTE for LSI clock source became available as mcu clock source.

Hey DeepOne;
I really like your designs. They are simple, but very clever.
It Shows a deep understanding of electronics.

In particular I like the one where you use the TL431 as the control device. Very ingenious!

What would you call your control scheme? Leading edge/trailing edge?

Hello DeepOne,
I hope you realize that since your design doesn't use any form of isolation (i.e. Transformer, opto-coupler etc.), the
components may be at mains potential. Thus touching any part of it while its operating is potentially dangerous.
Also, you may require a heatsink for the MOSFET, as using the copper on your PCB may be insufficient to disipate
its heat.

Relayer

Hello Relayer.
Thus touching any part of it while its operating is potentially dangerous.
potentially dangerous part is located under backside of PCB so only button outward protrudes.
in real device (rather then prototype) is expected use double-sided material, one side with PCB and dangerous, other side with foil or plate (foil is grounded and serves as heatsink).
certainly other variants also possible.
thank you for remind i really turn little attention on safety.
