I want to design and manufacture a Digital weighing scale machine. I would like to know what could be the maximum load capacity can the digital weighing scale machine can display?.
i.e How much maximum weight of the goods it can sustain?.

What will be the parameters for designing such a product?.

Hi,

Still very vague:

You as the designer have to give the specificatios. Nobody knows if you want to measure the weight of a mass of a tiny bug, or you want to measure the mass of a huge aeroplane.
Everything is possible.

There are mechnical limits --> search for weigh scale sensor manufacturers and read through their producht range
There are electrical specifications: What sensor do you want to use: analog, digital, what technology....
There are processing issues. Like precision, resolution, but also if you only have one sensor or you need to combine multiple sensors..
There are display limitations. like a 3 digit 7 segment display...

You have to define most of the parameters. Then do an internet search.

See there are 2 things --

1. How much maximum weight the weighing machine can sustain ??

That depends on the capacity of the sensor being used which is ultimately decided by your requirements.

2. How much maximum weight the machine can display ??

For that you have to choose the right display (may be 7 segment) to utilize the full capacity of your sensor.
