can u give me the circuit diagram, source code and proteus simulation of digital voltmeter and ammeter and frequency meter to measure ac as well as dc.
very urgent.

using microcontroller
 

AC has to be scaled and shifted and then measured. DC has to be scaled and measured. Same for current.
