hi all
i want to convert digital video into analog to can play it on tv (may i send digital video file from pc but the most important concept how to convert it?)
so i want to use chip SAA7128AH
so i need help in how to interface it?
and information about the format MPEG which is the input to the chip.
plz anyone can help me in this task?:idea:!!!

I think the easiest way is to design a NTSC/PAL (depending on where you are) modulator and feed the result into the TV. The rtl code and standard documents are widely available online and from standard organizations.
