digital stowatch project

Hey Guys; i'm really need ur help,
i need help in designing and implementing a digital stopwatch that measures time intervals in minutes, seconds and fractions of a second. and display the measured time on 7-segment led display or LCD. Please Help

As far as I know you can build that stop watch either by microcontroller (and Microchip PIC maybe the best choice as per VVV's suggestion) or by logic gates.

Just google on the internet and tell people what you know and intend to do, so people can help.

Refer to Electronics for you or elector electronics web site/magzines.

Otherwise design uc + RTC based clock
