Hey Guys; i'm really need ur help,
i need help in designing and implementing a digital stopwatch that measures time intervals in minutes, seconds and fractions of a second. and display the measured time on 7-segment led display or LCD. Please Help

You can easily modify it to do what you want. Does it have to be micro-based? Do you have a specific micro in mind?

As far as I know you can build that stop watch either by microcontroller (and Microchip PIC maybe the best choice as per VVV's suggestion) or by logic gates.

Just google on the internet and tell people what you know and intend to do, so people can help.
