I build this circuit.
I have a problem.
When loop 2 cut, 7 segment can't show no.2. It show other.
For no.2, output of 4511 must be a=1, b=1, c=0, d=1, e=1, f=0, g=1.
But my output of 4511 is a=1, b=1, c=0, d=1, e=1, f=1, g=0.
What wrong????
