Hi guys,

I'm looking for a digital PWM generator operating from -55 to +125°C.
It can't be a FPGA or MCU (or anything programmable) for certification reasons.

Does anyone have a chip able to deal with my needs ?

Hope so !

Have a nice day!

You can use military analog PWM chip(about TL494),then use digital signal converter to analog signal to control it.It can do with the wide tem.

Hi

I'd like to avoid the DAC + analog PWM generator solution : the more components on the board, the lower is MTBF. But if theres no others solutions. more over,, pwm shall control brushless motor and shall be synchronized. The TL494 will not allow to have 6 PWM synchrone.

Is there someone that can give me a digital PWM generator that cover my needs ?

I really need it !

And if it can generate several PWM channe l with one chip, it would be better for pcb size and PWM sync. Maybe it can have dead time management embedded :)

Have a nice day.
