Hi everyone. I came across an interesting question yesterday in a book. It requires implementing one's complement without using NOT, NAND or NOR gates. I just am wondering if that is even possible. Can you please help.
 

this sounds like a textbook homework problem
you should figure it out for yourself

hint: what gates are available? if you examine 2 input gates, what do they do?

Hi everyone. Thanks for the hints. I think I have to use a 2 input XOR with one input always high. Is it correct?

No. I get your point. But it was a 1 mark question on Digital Logic combinational circuits. A similar procedure using MOFETS is probably also possible I guess.
