what is Differnce between Design Vision & Design Analyzer ??

basically it's the same except that commands on da have to be in non-tcl where else using dv, you get to choose which to use.

da is too old of an gui, so they are looking for a more nice-looking gui - dv that support tcl language as well.

in design analyzer, the original gui u can only use the synopsys script format of scr. whereas in design vision, it is cater for tcl script.

DA is now obsolete and DV now replaces DA. DA has far many features build than DA and main features of it is, you can do TCL scripting. I alpha and beta tested the tool.  at SNPS.

Does anyone run DV in 2003.06-1 well in RH8.0 ?

When I tryied, internal error occurred.
