differential to single converter

Dear All:

I have one baseband circuit.
The output pin is I+,I-,Q+,Q-.

But our Spectrum baseband input is single end.
I need to buy the differential to single end converter.

Anybody know where can i buy the differential to single end converter at the market?
Thank you.

Tough to suggest you anything without knowing more about your signal e.g.: center frequency and BW. Look up "balun" (not a typo: balanced to unbalanced). **broken link removed**

Cause a baseband signal can't be generally expected to be DC-free respectively have a known lower frequency limit, a differential amplifier should be used.

It may be also sufficient, to connect the + signals only. In any case, you have to know the involved signal amplitudes and impedances of source and sink and must achieve an adaption.
