what is the difference in circuit switched and packet switched networks or exchanges that we require different signaling protocols for them. can someone pls tell the signaling protocols used in a circuit switched network / exchange. where can i find out more about these protocols?
 

could you pls be more specific about SIGNALING PROTOCOLS. thanks
