i want to know the difference between

which one is the best among these? does all these tools are same? please guide me

As I know, DFTcompiler is a tools generate test circuit .And tetramax is used to generate test pattern.
tetramax atpg is used to generate pattern for stuckat faults and tetramax delay is for delay faults.
