can any body let me know the difrence this two cpld and fpga. Why fpga alwas used for big design?.

FPGA has special routing resource as CPLD's is limited. For example, Xilinx's FPGA has Switch Matrix to achieve routability. Routing resource is very important to complex design.

hey

the fpga is used for big designs bcos it can handle big and complex designs without compromising the perfomance of the design.
