Did somebody test amplifier RGA4905 of TRIQUINT?
Is it easy to use?
Which is its price?
I would like to use it for ham radio application on 1.5cm band.

Yes nice power ;-) 4W on 24Ghz is a show..
Can you obtain it?

In Europe very popular is the CHA 5093TLF, a 1W MMIC
at reasonable cost.
