Anyone reached Avnet??

Well, I don't know if it's off-topic...

I'm trying to reach Avnet, concerning their Spartan III Eval board. I sent web-form question, and direct e-mail questions, and so far, no sign of life...

Has anyone ever reached them, or are there dead?? (I start to wander!)

Maybe I should call directly one of the local sales rep...

Why dont you contact other xilinx's rep?

Because I want info related to Spartan III Evaluation board, specifically, the one which is made by Avnet...

hi big boy !

I know the trouble .. Avnet is a big place and they are very incompetent to give information .. basically you have to provide all the right information ..cause they don't know a thing!

i went trought the same .. i called like 8 different people to finally have sombody willing to listen to me .I even called Canada to try to get information !

I finally got reply from them. Yes, I imagine that they are pretty busy, I guess that meen that business is good for them

I called a local sale rep, and talked to their FPGA field specialist. I also got reply from e-mail.

I have to say that there were very professional in their answer.
