what are the tools available to check DFM??
what are the errors associated with DFM??
 

Design For Manufacture? If yes, some foundry provides Calibre rules for DFM. So pls consult with Mentor Graphics for Calibre tools.
 
Cadence has tools for checking DFM at signoff adn in-desgin. What kind of checks are you interested in?
